Paper & weight	Natural or bleached kraft 80–250 gsm — boutique 60–120, general retail 130–150, heavy-duty virgin 140–210; coated art / ivory board 190–250 gsm for luxury. FSC / PEFC and recycled grades available.
Printing	Flexo or offset; CMYK plus Pantone spot colours, single or double side; all-over, side-panel or base-panel graphics.
Surface finishing	Matt / gloss lamination, spot UV, embossing, hot foil, soft-touch and water-based coating.
Handle options	Twisted and flat paper cord, ribbon (cotton / grosgrain / satin), reinforced rope and die-cut; heavier styles use a reinforcement patch (200+ gsm kraft liner).
Load & reinforcement	Top turn-over 30–40 mm with a 300–400 gsm card insert, bottom reinforcement board 350–450 gsm and side gussets; rated 4–10 kg with handle pull ≥ 80 N per point.
Testing & sustainability	Bursting strength to ISO 2759 and drop-tested to ISTA 2A; water-based inks and recyclable / compostable structures on request.
Production & Quality
Process & quality control	IQC on incoming board, film and ink; IPQC at press for colour density, registration and adhesion; OQC to AQL (0.65 for brand / appearance-critical, 1.5 general) before packing. Colour is managed to ISO 12647 process control, targeting ΔE ≤ 2.0 (commercial) / ≤ 3.0 (general), brand colours by agreed tolerance and verified on a spectrophotometer against an approved sample. The workshop is held at 23 ± 2 °C / 55 ± 5% RH; transit packs are validated to ISTA 3A, and material lots are linked to finished cartons for batch traceability.
Artwork & proofing	Vector files preferred — AI, PDF or CDR, 300 dpi for raster elements. Every file is pre-flight checked; a dieline and a digital + physical proof are sent for approval before plates or cutting tools are made. Pantone spot colours are matched to your brand guide.
Applications	Retail and boutique, food service and takeaway, promotions and events, subscription and e-commerce shipping.
Compliance, Logistics & Ordering
Compliance & certifications	FSC or PEFC chain-of-custody material, recycled content, plastic-free and mono-material structures, compostable options to EN 13432, and food-contact safe low-migration inks. Declarations for REACH and RoHS plus documentation covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001, UKCA and GPSR can be issued on request — see our certifications & compliance page.
Packing & export	Inner packing, export cartons and palletised for FCL or LCL shipment; carton marks, barcodes and packing list produced to your specification.
Trade terms & delivery	Shipments to the UK, EU and US under FOB, CIF, DDP, EXW, FCA or DAP. Repeat programmes can be held as call-off stock or shipped to an EU warehouse for staged delivery across several SKUs.

Yes. Every bag is fully customizable — dimensions, paper type (kraft, white card, coated or FSC-certified), printing, handle style (twisted, flat, die-cut or handle-less) and finishing such as lamination, foil or spot UV.

Do you provide samples before mass production?

Absolutely. We supply both blank and custom-printed samples so you can check material, print quality and construction. Sampling usually takes 7–15 working days, depending on bag style, handle type and finishing.
