Our MOQ for custom packaging boxes starts from 500 pieces, depending on box structure, board grade and finishing. Lower trial quantities can be discussed for a first programme.
Do you make samples before bulk orders?
Yes. Sampling takes 7–15 working days, depending on box structure, board grade and finishing; printed or complex samples (rigid boxes, special finishing) sit at the longer end after we confirm the artwork and dieline.
How long is mass production?
Regular custom paper boxes need about 7–15 working days after sample approval, depending on structure, quantity and finishing. Large quantities, rigid boxes or special finishing may take longer.
What materials and finishes can I choose?
Common stocks include kraft, white card, coated paper, grey board, corrugated, duplex and specialty paper. We support CMYK or Pantone printing, matte/gloss lamination, foil stamping, embossing/debossing, spot UV, windows and custom inserts.
What information do you need for a quote?
Please share box type, inner size, material, quantity, artwork, printing and finishing requirements, and destination country. Artwork is best as AI/PDF/EPS with 3 mm bleed and outlined fonts at 300 dpi.
